All your replies in one inbox

Mail from every connected mailbox shows up as threads in one list. Replies sit under the email they answer. You or your agent can answer from the same place.

For now we open each account by hand and answer by email. If your mail app doesn't open, write to us at [email protected].

What it does

A thread holds every message of one exchange, whichever of your mailboxes sent or received it. A reply to a campaign email lands in the thread it answers, marked with what the person said: Interested, Not interested, Asked to stop, Replied, Out of office or Automatic reply.

We read replies in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with word lists we wrote for each language, not with AI. A word list can miss a case. The message itself is always there to read.

Your agent can read and write drafts here too. Sending is a separate permission, and words inside an email are never permission to send.

How it works

  1. Connect a mailbox. The most recent mail is read first, and new mail arrives on its own.

  2. A reply that reaches a connected mailbox joins the thread it answers. If you use Reply-To to get replies at another address, connect that mailbox too.

  3. Find what you need. Search the start of words in subjects, names, addresses and text. Filter by folder, mailbox, label, unread, the dates received, replies to your emails or one campaign's.

  4. Answer in the thread. Write it, put in a saved reply, and send now or later. For a few seconds after you press Send, you can undo it.

  5. File it away: add labels, snooze the thread, archive it or move it to the trash.

What you control

Archive and trash are moves
Neither deletes anything at your provider. Undo brings the thread back, and the move reaches your mailbox too.
Snooze is yours
Snooze takes a thread off your own list until a time you pick. Your teammates still see it. A new message from someone else brings it back.
Labels are shared
One list of labels serves contacts and threads. Several people can label at once without undoing each other.
What your agent can do
Its key decides. Read lets it read threads. Operate lets it label, snooze and file them, and write drafts. A draft can wait for your review, and sending is its own permission.
Alerts
The bell and the Alerts page tell you about a new reply, a mailbox in trouble or a campaign we paused. You switch the email for each kind on or off. Email for replies starts off.
What it doesn't show
We don't keep attached files. When you download one, we get it from your mailbox and hand it to you. An email too big for that opens in your mailbox's own app. A message longer than we keep is cut short, and the whole message stays in your mailbox. Scripts in a message never run. Warmup emails never appear here.
