Pick a plan by how much you send

Warmup, campaigns, the shared inbox, address checks and the API come with every plan. What changes is how much you can use: mailboxes, emails a day and contacts.

How you pay

Once we open your account, you move to a paid plan in the console, under Settings › Plan. Stripe takes the payment, and your card never reaches us. You cancel in the same place, and the plan stays until the end of the month you paid for.

In Brazil you pay in reais (BRL). In a country that uses the euro you pay in euros (EUR). Everywhere else you pay in US dollars (USD). The payment page decides by where you are, not by the language of this page.

A plan belongs to one workspace, the space where your team's mailboxes, contacts and campaigns live.

When you reach a limit

You keep everything you have. A limit on mailboxes, contacts, seats or running campaigns only stops you from adding more. Daily sends wait for the next day, which starts at midnight in your workspace's time zone. Address checks start again on the 1st of the month, at 00:00 UTC.

What each number counts

Mailboxes
The mailboxes you have connected, paused ones included.
Daily sends
The emails you send in a day from all your mailboxes together: campaign emails and the ones you or your agent send directly. Warmup emails and transactional email are counted apart.
Contacts
The people saved in your workspace.
Seats
The people who can sign in to your workspace, plus invitations nobody has accepted yet.
Running campaigns
The campaigns running at the same time. Paused campaigns and finished ones don't count.
Address checks a month
Each answer from our own address check, or from the checking service, counts once.
Transactional email
The emails your app sends, such as receipts and sign-in links, counted for each mailbox you keep for them. The Free plan has none.
